And this is our family now. The 'kids' rode with us just about everywhere we went . . . once I got my bike in '88. Now they're grown (see bottom right :) and we don't ride much at all but, we sure enjoyed it back when. I'll have to do more layouts to showcase the 'adventures' we had on our Harley's.

Topstitch Layout

These are pictures from 1986 or 87, we had just come back from Germany. This is of all of us kids (with Mom below and with Mom & Dad Alvey above). Can't believe the big glasses we wore and the hair :) what a hoot our grandkids will get out of these. I made them black and white because the variety of colors we wore made the layouts too busy. Still not sure if I want to make them permanent yet. Constructive criticism is welcome.

Topstitch Layout

This layout was based on the Cherish Layout 'Interesting Variation' on pgs 54 and 55. Used Close To My Heart Topstitch paper, Chocolate and Vineyard Berry Cardstock on Vanilla Cream base. I wish I had some sharper pictures to put on them. Turned them all into Black and White (sepia was wrong shade). Letters on top titles were cut with Cricut using Make The Cut and Signature font. Pinwheel flowers were also cut with Cricut. Love on left and Family spot on right were done with Close To My Heart rub-ons from a Connection Club item a few years back.

Topstitch Cards and Holder

Just a few things I've been working on the last couple of days. The Close To My Heart paper is called Topstitch. The cards and holder make a nice gift for a friend who is in the hospital or maybe lost a loved one. Add a book of stamps and some envelopes and your done.
